3. Return  Policy

onlinefirstaid.co.za  agrees to accept eligible returns within 7days of customer receiving an order. Certain products may be non-returnable/non-refundable items, but will be clearly marked as such from time to time in the product description. Refund the money in a way most cost and risk efficient to onlinefirstaid.co.za and not necessarily in the same way the customer originally paid. Process refunds within one week of receiving an authorised return request. A handling fee of 25% of the latest product price will be payable in respect of any order returned. All goods returned must be in original condition with original packaging. Shipping fees for returns will be for the your account. onlinefirstaid.co.za will however pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no handling fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of the our error, unless the product is damaged in anyway whatsoever. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

We do not refund credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
